Our modern design hotel is housed in a century-old building that belonged to the famous painter Jean-Paul Lemieux. It now houses the renowned Ophelia Terre + Mer restaurant on the ground floor and is located next to Bistro Bar L’Atelier. We are a complex where the art of hospitality is at the center of our priorities. Whether for a gourmet dinner or a more festive evening, you will be treated as a VIP from the moment you step through our doors. The upper floors give way to a brand new, high-end boutique hotel. We are fortunate to be located on the Grande Allée, one of the most fashionable streets in Quebec, where you can find the best restaurants and bars in the city, sought after by both locals and tourists! Pedestrian for much of the summer and during special events, you will be at the forefront of the festivities. You will also find many tourist attractions nearby, including the Plains of Abraham, the Château Frontenac, the military carousel, the convention center, the Parliament, the fortifications of old Quebec, and more. Everything is accessible and designed for an ideal stay.
Historic
A heritage building
The Hotel Boutique Ophelia is located in a set of three ancient ancestral houses which have housed many establishments and well-known personalities over the years. These buildings, built in 1883, were designed by the famous architect Joseph-Ferdinand Peachy. There is a great influence of the Second Empire style, which is characterized by a mansard roof, elaborate formal and decorative components, a raised ground floor, openings distributed in regular bays and facades articulated by turrets.
